Concentrations of our products are much higher. Hence for preparation of Degreasing & Phosphating bath maximum 4% of our chemicals are required; an absolute cost reducing factor which are welcomed by every industries.
To use our chemicals in running plant there is no necessity of throwing/draining out the existing bath solutions (which is a common practice while changing supplier - a loss to the unit). Our Technical Personnel will be at your unit to make-up/replenish your current bath with our chemicals without wasting a single litre of bath solution. On gradual replenishment with our chemicals a better result will be obtained.
By using our chemicals the coating weight will match IS: 3618 - 1966.
